Q. Can I Get A Refund If My Child Can’t Come To Camp?
If a camper is unable to attend because of sickness or other satisfactory reasons, the following refund policy will apply. If notice is given before the week begins, there will be a full refund. During the week, a balance will be calculated based on the time the camper spent at camp. If the camper is dismissed from camp, no refund will be given. All refunds must be requested in writing to the treasurer within 30 days of withdrawal.
